Russell Viers is an Adobe Certified Instructor in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator who specializes in print production. In addition to traveling the world as a trainer, offering his expertise to newspapers, magazines and agencies worldwide, he is also the European Yearbook Representative for Walsworth Publishing. His goal is to prepare students for a career in design by helping them learn to create an exciting yearbook. In addition to speaking at events around the world, he also offers onsite training to such companies as Crayola, American Greetings, New York Times Regional Papers, Better Homes and Gardens and more. His voice can be heard on the Adobe Learn-by-Video titles InDesign CS5 and Illustrator CS5 as well as titles by Total Training. In his role as Yearbook Representative, he has brought real world expertise into the classroom, saving teachers and students hundreds of hours of production time and improved quality at the same time.
